What means best? Most volume? Cheapest clicks? Lowest amount of hassle? High quality?

And yes FB is possible if you play your cards right.

I'm also looking to promote a dating offer using FB ads. One of my friends recommended that since FB would ban my ads (my lander is too aggressive), I should consider using squeeze pages. i.e. send the traffic from FB/Google to a listicle or piece of content with an innocuous domain name. From there, the traffic can opt-in with their email address or you can even have a call to action to redirect the traffic to your aggressive lander/offer. I guess the upfront investment in building the squeeze pages is annoying, but the CPM/CPC is lower for FB/Google than it is for native ads (or so I've been told).

Anyone have any insight on this approach to promoting risky offers like Crypto or Dating with facebook? Definitely interested in hearing how to crank out this method using the least amount of time/money!

Cheers,
Owen

Just about all people running Crypto or Dating on FB do it against FB rules and get their accounts banned. The play they make is to source more ad accounts, which is again against FB's policy. In other words, they play cat and mouse with FB.

And in addition, it takes a lot of time and money to get things profitable this way. Accounts, safe pages, testing, etc etc. @moneytrain, please avoid BH offers if you don't have time or money to invest.

Gotcha, stickupkid. I'm also running native which are more lenient towards the content I'm promoting. But you're saying that even if I take an approach where I send FB traffic to a non BH content-site, my FB account can still get banned?

Not super likely but possible. Facebook is looking more and more into off-Facebook experience. Your landing page load time and bounce rate already are a factor when it comes to your quality score of the account.

If you sell products, Facebook asks directly how your experience was after buying from a certain ad, then that is part of your customer feedback rating: https://www.facebook.com/ads/customer_feedback/

Ahh Ok. Thanks for the input Manu. Really clears some things up. I'll do my best to adhere to FBs guidelines (that change faster than a women's emotions) while I run traffic to my content-site.

Cheers,
Owen

I also recommend to use WH for FB. But I know some guys who’s doing now good numbers with dating there. They said that you shouldn’t use words “sex, date, meet” in your ads. Try to make it clean like “These girls want to have fun tonight”

Dating on facebook can work, but once again be prepared for account lock outs over an array of reasons FB will disapprove you for.

- Tier 1 geos will be the hardest to get it approved and lasting for, you will get away with more in tier 2/3 countries.

- Adtext will have to be unique and non aggressive. Like Mr.Braun mentioned:

They said that you shouldn’t use words “sex, date, meet” in your ads. Try to make it clean like “These girls want to have fun tonight”
Even the last headline of this probably won't fly for long on Facebook, maybe try something like 'Life is a lot more fun with an amazing person by your side..."

Even Dating Blogs need Approval ( ads to the side, or embed in the article)? The approval process seems to be designed for the Dating Service itself thats why they ask questions such as Billing service and so....
