Creating subid's in maxbounty and voluum

Can anyone explain to me how you would go about creating subids in Maxbounty. I have tried to set them up but, it's not working for me.

In most cases, you need to use subids that the networks have already configured with their advertisers ... at least if you want to use them for solving quality and performance issues. Is that what you are after?

Or you just want to pass the data to the network and check stats there?
