Facebook Approvals Team Fired?

Hey Guys,

I'm really confused.

Just while using Facebook for use I've seen three diet offers, two penny auctions, and at least one biz-op. I've seen a ton of "Win Free iPad" e-mail submits as well.

One of these diet offers just says "Stop being fat." in the ad copy. That's it. I'm pretty sure they'd normally disapprove an ad for insulting users with far less evidence.

Is anyone else seeing stuff get through just about everywhere?

Edit: These all came up in the last 2-3 days. It's not someone cloaking an offer - some of the ad copy literally says "penny auction" in it!

Who knows but sure they are making some monies. Could be somewhere an am is banging/dating a reviewer?

I've seen this same bizopp pop up over and over. It's clearly cloaked as the displayed URL is for an NZ firm and the end result is some *.net news style fake lander with "Work At Home Mum Makes $8,795/Month Part-Time" in the title. Even has geotargeting all over the place dynamically inserting the city this 'woman' is from into the copy.

Yeah, I just saw two gov grant ads...one above the other. Both go to the same redirect. Slack approvals now = over-reaction ban hammers later.

Yeah, that's going to suck. I even see dating ads for married men.

What i'm seeing:
- rebills (muscle product)
- kamagra ads (something like viagra)
- penny auctions

if this is true, it's happened before and it was gangbusters... they allowed anything... until they shut it all down and did an appearance on CSPAN with the FTC about the bad advertisers a few months later vowing full cooperation.

It's really a mix of reasons, Q4, some cloaked, some bait and switch, some just luck. There are some very blackhat methods too, which usually get your account banned fast. Its worth a shot if you don't mind losing your account

Oh man Q4 was SOOOO money for me last year got every rebill I wanted through the system without issues. If only it was still cool to run Advertorials and farticles.

Just saw an ad for an erotic store. Yeah, the site actually contains very X-rated content too. Straight porn. I wonder how long that ad will be running. And it's not cloaked or bait and switch, the actual url shows up in the ad.
