Fake personal account

Hi, I am just starting with Facebook ads and reading and reading a lot here on STM and blogs.

I am using fake personal account over 8 years (I dont want my real name to be on FB). Now I want to run Facebook ads and create business account and connect all my pages there. (I know Facebook can BAN me with fake name).

I want to stay with my fake name for friends and create new personal account with real name where I connect all my pages as admin and create business account.

Do you think is better to change my fake name to real name?

What you suggest? Thanks

Using fake names on Facebook is always risky. All it takes is one wrong step or person to report you and there's no way back, they will block your profile. This will result in you loosing all admins to your pages and leaving them unattended. For re-activation, Facebook will ask you for a copy of your personal ID like a passport or national ID, and the only way they will reactivate the profile is if the names match. If you are going to do this after all, make sure you have at least 1 real profile as admin connected to all of your pages, and try running 2-3 fake ones, so in case someone reports you, you can manage your pages from other accounts. A lot of people has lost their business pages like this, and the fact that they invested XXX amount of cash in it doesn't help at all. FB has its policy and they don't care for anything else, if you break it, you're a con to them.

So back to your question, you can do as you please here, but just make sure you have a back-up profile as admin in any case.

Thanks, so going to create real personal profile and business there. After I will connect all pages from fake one to the real one. I will remove business profile from my fake.

One more thing. I think its too hard to create new account. There is mobile number which is the same. I will stay with the Fake one. I just added my birth surname. My nickname is still bold and underneath is in brackets my real birth surname

My not real name and in brackets my real name. Facebook business is my real name with company name.

Every unusual act is a reason for Facebook to check what's up. Having your name like this won't result in a ban, but...
Depends also a bit on the things you are doing furthermore on the account!

Nothing yet. Just study deeply Facebook manager and power editor but will do Facebook ads.

So I hope I don't get ban if I run Facebook ads.

Anyway I will do my sister and girlfriend admin of all Facebook pages and my business manager if something happen
