Anyway I am still trying to generate my first profitable campaign. I would love to quit my job early 2012! At this point I don't care how profitable as long as I am in the green!
I recently read a post by polishedturd and it made sense to me that you have to give the people (or punter - his word) a reason to believe they are getting a "free gift". Otherwise it looks to good to be true.
I understand his methods explained are a little dated but they make sense so...
I am promoting a skincare rebill from market health with the $6.95 "free" bottle and promoting on Avon.com (single domain with variations, ie avon.ca, etc.).
Here is my landing "survey". This is running on my own server so load time is not an issue and tracking with prosper 202.

I just have the one lander right now, but plan on build more this weekend to split test.
Today is the first day:
So far:
256 impressions
16 (6.25%).people actually making through questionnaire to the product page
No sales
so far volume is low.

Loks on Firefox as there is something worng. I see 4 of the Pink images. That may be your first problem here.
Yeah just because your looking at in in a full screen. When you view it in the popup size it looks right. I guess I should have said this is running on LI. If you check it using the Affexpert Tools popup tool, you see how it looks in LI. Thanks for the feedback.

I would make the last two questions something more open ended. So they don't head into the money page after saying NO twice.
@htgred thank you. I understand what you are saying, my goal was to try to think of two questions they would answer yes to before moving to the money page. I am not saving these survey responses, maybe I should, then I would know if these questions are getting a yes or no.

Just noticed something that may be an issue: I optimized my survey to fit into the LI window and tested using afftool popup emulator. Which is fine for my survey but the money page is not loading in full window. Any idea how to fix this, keeping in mind the link is via a redirect.php propsper 202 code?

Make sure you rotate offers - MarketHealth isn't well known for epic EPCs and ballin' offers.
Yeah you certainly want to rotate offers. Also, putting "(c) Avon Corporation" at the bottom may get you in trouble with your ppv network, but I'm sure you know that!

57 or 10.9% made it though the entire survey to the money page
No sales
Still not enough volume to make a decision, so on we go...

If I don't get conversions from market health I know EWA now has lot of "free" trails I can use.

I would deffo switch out from markethealth, I've ran stuff with them in the past and they never had better conversion rates for similar offers you will find at a4d, ewa, c2m.

0 conversions - I understand rebills are hard to convert
I excited about the CTR, as this is an area where I have struggled in the past. I just got approved for one of EWAs free health offers, which I will add today rather than markethealth.
It does not appear Avon is good domain for email/zip submit. I looked through peerfly and EWA yesterday and an did not find any good email submits. I think I am going to take this same survey idea to another domain and try with a email submit. In the mean time we'll see if EWA converts better the markethealth.
On we go....
you might need to use an additional lander, so its
popup => presell lander => offer
news style flogs are used a lot for this, but could give you trouble with your network so check with them before you do any of that sort of stuff.
OK I paused this for a couple of days until I heard back from my AM at EWA and got their top skin care rebill. It is only in UK and Ireland. I just started this up yesterday.

Tried the same lander on GameStop (wanted a 2nd level store - not a walmart) with a $1.20 (not great) email submit.

Still working and tweeking. At least I feel like I am finally making some progress (and thanks to 1 rebill not loosing money!)

I'm doing something similar to this now... Split test putting what they're goin to get for goin thru the survey at the beginning...
So instead of just seeing the questions on the first page, show the product, describe the benefits, say its a product that you're goin to start featuring in the spring catalog or something and you partnered with them (product company) to get it early for select members (hence the exclusive gift for taking the survey) also test different products...
If you're alright with code you can even have them select which product they'll get for taking the survey.. And show them that at the end, this I know from experience increases CR because it's basically pre-qualifying them before they start.
Also take advantage of the holidays with your copy... "as a special black Friday deal...only 3gifts left for the [geo script] area!".... "Santa and Chanukah Harry aren't the only ones allowed to give gifts this holiday season... Choose which exclusive gift you want us to give you for taking this survey.."
