Msn Adcenter Account JV, Easy 20% ROI (10)

If anyone of you are in the Usa and has or can create an Msn Adcenter account that I can use to promote cpa offers, I can pay you back the days charges plus 20% via paypal every night at 9pm. So if I spend $100 I pay back $120, $200 pays back $240 etc. We'd start small to build trust and then scale. Did this with a few other forum members before and they all got paid on time. Don't do business with this guy... I ran one of his "JV" things thinking he needed to scale a real campaign. he gave me 20 key words straight from the MSN Keyword tool and 1 ad. I humored him and ran it anyway. He paid me the first payment on time the second was late. Then he stiffed me the last $100 he owes, saying he didn't have the cash and was in a tight spot. I gave him since December to pay me back and he doesn't respond to his skype anymore. Yet his Skype status says "into mailing now, message me and lets work together" Avoid this guy like the plague, its not about the $100 bucks its the principal that he asked me to do business with him and he fucked me over. Just had to let you guys know to steer clear.
shit like this should get a ban from STM imo. It hurts the reputation of the forum and anyone who wants to do business on here.

This guy also stiffed me for 2-300 and then blocked me on skype.
This tool bag PM'd me too awhile back, some thing didn't feel right though so I didn't go along with it.
Decided to Google the title of the thread:
