To complete the list - Adsterra.
There is also Mobicow, but we haven't tried it so no actual feedback on quality. Still worth checking

wow I used to work with them couple of years ago with decent results. Sad to hear. I recommend BcnMonetize. They advertise that they do mobile but they have desktop as well.
