Mainstream ad network with IP targeting (7)

Hey,

I'm looking for mainstream traffic networks that have IP targeting capabilities. I can't seem to find a bunch that support this, besides Reacheffect and Popads, where as for adult networks this is more frequent. I am probably missing a few/lot, but which ones?

Check out go2mobi for example - it's a mDSP with access to many large banner exchanges and they do offer IP targeting.

Great! Thanks for the suggestion, I actually was using them before and forgot to add them in my original post. If anybody has more suggestions for maybe pop/red mainstream networks; let me know!

At HilltopAds, we have a lot of mainstream traffic, as well as targeting options available. You should check it out, especially with our SSP.

I know Reporo has it for their adult traffic, and they have a new mainstream network called Mobads that looks to have the same targeting options. So my guess is you can target by IP range there. Worth a look.
