We started 5 years ago as one of the adult mobile affiliate networks pioneers, specializing in content offers based on carrier billing and pin submits, with own products, billing platform and direct connection to carriers in several countries.
From that, we evolved into a CPA/CPI/CPL adult mobile network integrating exclusive third party offers to reach worldwide coverage. Always based on leading technology 100% developed in house to identify, segment and route each single click to the best offer within it's segment and to properly track and assign every $ to the original click, no matter when it was generated. We don't use third party while label solutions for our platform (nor Cake, Hasoffers etc). Of course we can do s2s postbacks, pass subid, clickId, etc.
We have now a team of 90 employees and hiring! Half are programmers/techs and half marketing team, mainly based in Madrid, Spain and are currently opening new offices in Shanghai and Mumbai and soon in Mexico to expand our local coverage in our key markets (Europe, Latam and Asia).
After consolidating as one of the leaders in Adult and months of internal testing, we are also expanding into Mainstream. Same leading technology, top converting offers, high payouts and human team but for now your mainstream traffic!
Mobile Media buyers:
- We can offer you the best products worldwide to convert your purchased mobile traffic.
- Can you segment your traffic by country/device/carrier? Select from a catalog of 500+ mobile offers worldwide and send the traffic directly to them.
- Can you only segment by geo? Setup your own matrix of our products choosing the best offers for each country/carrier/device and we will do the traffic split for you. You can even setup fallback or third party sponsor urls for each segment of traffic.
- Do you buy in bulk with no segmentation? Just send the traffic to us and we will route it to the best products doing the segmentation for you, based in own developed algorithms, IP/platform detection and exclusive carriers database.

Hi all,
As mentioned, we want to help with "topics" that seem to be recurrent on the forum ... Some insight from our experience @ Kimia from over a decade in mobile.
Click loss:
The click loss between the affiliate link and the offers final landing is totally out of a partners control and not only that, you can't really measure it, as the clicks you see on your affiliate network stats are the ones that reached the affiliate link, not the clicks that reached the offer landing page. The affiliate network has no way to count those (the offers landing is not theirs, so they don't have any kind of stats for the clicks that reached it, unless the offer/partner reports them back, which is unusual).
You need to separate the click loss between the different jumps. As mentioned before, you can measure and try to control some, but others are totally out of your control and you won't even be able to measure them.
1) The first and biggest jump is the publisher/ad network to your landing (comparing clicks counted by the publisher and the ones received in your landing). Here it will depend a lot on the way you get the traffic:
- Pops: the biggest click loss is here, the ad network/publisher counts the pop as soon as the call is made to your landing using javascript, but there is some delay in this (based mainly on the hosting, both the networks and yours). And even if your landing loads, the bounce rate is big here, you are showing the user something he didn't ask for, so most of them will just close your pop and keep surfing the publisher page (here the main factor is your landing design/angle).
- Redirects: second on click loss % after pops. Similar to pops, two reasons for click loss: hosting and page loading speed, and then the bounce rate because the landing angle/design. The main difference with pops is that the original publishers page is no longer available, so they might stay in your landing if it's attractive.
- Banner clicks: First click loss again happens on hosting, but here the bounce rate should be way lower if your landing is really related to the banner. They already know more or less what expect from the first click, so they have more patience waiting for your landing to fully load.
2) Once the surfer has decided to stay in your landing, of course the bounce rate and the ctr of your link to the offer are the key here, it's all about angle/design.
3) Once the user has clicked on your button to the offer, then it's all about the affiliate networks hosting and tracking software speed.
4) After the surfer has been redirected to the offer (if the offer is rebrokered through other networks, then step 3 applies again.) Then its all about the offer landing loading speed, which is something totally out of your control and out of the affiliate networks control, even in terms of trying to measure it, as I wrote in the intro.
All these jumps apply both to mobile and desktop, but the issue on mobile is greater for one reason. Some devices/OS, specially old ones, have issues handling several redirects and tend to hung up after a few. So when you receive the click from the ad network, it might have been through several redirects before, either at the publishers site itself or if the click is being brokered through several ad network, that is pretty common in redirects/pops, not as much for banner clicks. Therefore the click you received might have gone through 5 or 6 redirects before reaching you, and it might have frozen up before loading your landing.
We hope this is useful!

Kimia´s mainstream smart links are here. 25% more ROI than working with individual offers.
Smart links are Kimia´s exclusive layer of filtering, our internal benchmark with adult mobile traffic has yielded a 25% ROI increase compared to working with individual offers from a general pool of products. Most networks provide page upon page of individual offers, many of which have not been previously tested. Kimia not only benchmarks all products before offering them to partners, we have also created a layer of smart filtering that provides the best combo of "top performing offers" per segment (both geo and carrier), optimizing monetization of the overall traffic.
After the success in adult, we are now launching smart links in the following markets for mainstream: AR, AU, BR, FR, DE, IT, MY, MX, RU, ES, ZA, TH, TR, IN, KE
If you have tested our smart links in adult, we are sure you will not want to miss the opportunity to test them in mainstream.

Something we see a lot in the forum are questions about the look and feel of banners and creativities. This is a post we wrote a while back for a STM member:
This is Kimia´s experience... In terms of font, color, CTA etc. it´s important to adapt the texts and CTAs to each format. The bigger the format the more you can show obviously, and you need to take advantage of that.
For example, when you use a small format, it´s important for the text and CTA to be visible and readable instantly and be short, of course. On the other hand, for larger formats, let´s say that you can "play" a bit more with the CTA and text, but the immediate swift readability of the text is always something to keep in mind. Also, making the CTA stand our from the background colour (seems quite obvious but believe us its not always the case xD)
In terms of maintaining the images, it depends of the image really, one image can be good in many formats, depending on the angle. The important thing is to keep consistency in CTA button through the banners (if we´re talking about the same ad or campaign).
One image can be adapted to different format (again, depending on the image) what we would recommend is that you do go for different images per format, it brings a variety and dynamism to the creativity. This allows you to analyse data afterwards and see which image works best for you, then you can build on that concept... So basic market research right there
QUICK NOTE! Wednesday 6th of January is Public Holiday in Spain (we celebrate the arrival of the Three Kings! Very wise men, probably use Kimia to optimize their tracking xD) ...

Adnetworks have evolved, we have a new task now, we are a "value adding" partner to our publishers... No longer do we only function as a mere platform. We develop in-house tools that help our affiliates monetize and optimize their traffic further. We work hand-in-hand with partners, providing inside industry information and market tips, that will help them understand the best practices in different strategies, in conclusion, we help you make more money.

In many markets the churn rate (The annual percentage rate at which customers stop subscribing to a service) has become an important variable to be a key player in the market.
An increasingly common practice for Mobile carriers has become to give specific limited churn rates to all advertisers. In simple words, the amount of users that unsubscribe to a service on the same day should not cross X percentage. These restrictions have been implemented mainly due to fraudulent activities within the market, for example, service that generate “subscriptions” without being initiated by the user.
This means that the quality of the users from the traffic source is even more important now, affiliates and advertisers are proactively looking for traffic that has a controlled churn, this means that the “same day deactivations” should be less than X %. To avoid any issues with carriers.
These practices are becoming more prominent and in particular, at Kimia, we are experiencing it’s effects in India and MENA regions. There are several traffic sources with fraudulent activity that make the market unstable, generating tension in long term relationships with carriers. This has lead to carriers putting OTP (a “one-time password” is a password that is valid for only one login session or transaction, on a any device.), Captcha flow (captcha is a type of challenge-response test used to determine whether or not the user is human.)… etc., in turn, this clearly lowers the conversion rate and in conclusion the overall revenue generated. To avoid the markets becoming more restricted for everyone, due to a small % of fraudulent sources, affiliates and advertisers alike are looking for the best and most secure sources, that bring “genuine” signups.
Kimia has implemented a long list of technical implementations and best practices to combat these issues and continue to mainly growth in highly sensitive regions. These practices include our deactivation pixel which allows us to identify traffic sources that generate high churn rates and blacklist skeptical traffic sources. Additionally, there is programmatic analysis of click ids to identify IP identification of proxies as well as signs of misconduct including time frame gaps between click and subscription, multiple devices from the same user and other tricks.
Of course, one of the most important key elements is having a direct dialogue with our advertisers and sharing information so that we work together to maintain and grow our common business. Practices of sharing whitelists (proven quality traffic sources) and providing pre-lander pages has also contributed to cleaning of the markets.
As always, Kimia wishes to create long term relationship with local players and our affiliates, the end goal is to working in stable markets and grow together with quality products and traffic. Therefore we will continue to investigate and create work methods and technology that can help us in this regard.
It is becoming increasingly important for our customers to be able to reach their target audience right where they are, geographically, so that they can get the maximum benefit out of their campaigns.
Nowadays, this not only includes being able to advertise within a particular country, mobile carrier or device, but also detailed and specific geolocation.
That has led us to release our new micro-geotargeting feature, which allows our customers to choose a specific location in which they want their ads to appear.
We can take the micro-geotargeting detail to the following levels:

What helps affiliates to get the right attribution? To be able to split tests with several networks? To easily manage several campaigns at once, optimize, and in conclusion, get the best revenue from every click?
Choosing the right tracker for your goals
Here are some with which Kimia has had experience and is proud to recommend.
-
It was created by performance marketer Robert Gryn and it is used by performance agencies and media buying teams from over 200 countries worldwide who work on verticals like online gaming, gambling, dating, health & beauty offers, binary options and forex to name just a few of them.
Voluum processes billions of real-time data requests within milliseconds. It is accessible with any browser or by a mobile app for Android and iOS which allows performance marketers to optimize their campaigns while on the go. The database technology is served via an advanced cloud network of nine data centers placed on all continents.
What differentiates Voluum from some of the above solutions is that compared to self-hosted tracking solutions or cloud-hosted tracking solutions with a limited network, it reduces the risk of click-loss.
The basic plan for Voluum tracker is Pro for a monthly 99$. It covers 1,000,000 events but it won’t stop tracking after reaching the limit, all your data will be saved and accessible. It doesn’t apply if your traffic source is Zeropark as Voluum is fully integrated with it and all overages coming from ZP are free of charge.
- Binom
The only self-hosted tracker in the list. Unlike cloud tracker solutions you have to buy a server and install the tracker. It will be installed by the support team for free.
Binom offers:
monthly payment is 99$ regardless the amount of clicks processed
a high speed interface, reports and redirects
smart links technology
LP events tracking
