CPMatic kick me off without reason
I just submit my first campaign for approval and I got this email from Julius Rosenthal, their AM:
"I do not think that we will be able to proceed with any of your campaigns. I wish you the best of luck in the future with your business."
WTF? No Fking reason. What kind of business are they running?
Does anybody have contact from their CEO Rob Leathern?

Maybe they are in trouble? Who knows what happens behind the 'curtain' of any company?

Yup xa.net. CPMatic was recommended by Traffic Black Box so i wanted to try.
It was creditreport.com offer direct link.
They could tell what is the problem, but giving me no explanation just pisses me off.
This is what i wrote to Julius:
"Can i have explanation on what made you to bring this decision? Did you have a bad day when I call your office?
Sorry for bringing this up, but it's very unprofessional from your side to just tell me F OFF the polite way. It's OK to kick me off CPMatic, but i need a reason why. I watched Rob Leathern on many seminars and he seems like a very decent guy and I think that kicking new advertisers for no reason is not one of his ways. Also, on your LinkedIn profile it says:
"Media Planning & Implementation: Manage campaign process from start to finish. Develop media plans to target each client’s desired and desirable audience across ad exchanges, networks, as well as individual publishers. Create, sign, and manage IOs for clients in each particular ad space. Ensure the technical aspect of campaign set up, such as pixel placement and ad tag creation. Reach out to partners and reps as need be to successfully traffic campaigns. Create copy and select creative for our Facebook campaigns to provide a meaningful test for optimization purposes Work with engineers to enhance our technologies to better suit operational needs and the needs of our clients. "
So i guess this is just for show? As a client I feel abused by your actions in handling my needs.
You can check for me on stackthatmoney forum."
Am i right or wrong?

You're 100% in the right for asking for clarification. It's their right to not serve you anything, and they may have risk reasons to do so... it really matters what you tried to advertise and how risky it was.

They want 20% of our Ad-Spend as fees? Why cant they charge like SiteScout does? Are XA guys better than SS at getting conversions?
Thanks.

Yes, $1k prepay.
Like I said, AM had something against me from the first time when I called the office. Maybe cos my English was bad.
Their display manager checked my campaign and everything was OK, i just needed to adjust my Target CPA. Than AM contacted me again and said that they will not serve ads for me. No reason specified.
