Hey guys,
I just wanted to share with you a simple trick I've been using for advertising on FB that has made me a lot of money. You might know about this already but for those who don't, this trick will let you get longer ad titles + any title headline you want.

For most of my offers, I use FB pages as my landing page using the tabs on the pages. I make a page about something somewhat relevant to the offer and my default tab is the wall.
Very little information is needed and then I'll submit a bunch of ads for the page using my images. Pause the campaign once submitted and wait for approval. After approval, you're able to change the name of a page if it has less than 25 likes.
Once you change the name of the page, your ad headline will also change! AND you'll be able to use longer headlines than usual with the normal ads plus you can use whatever headline you want since the ads are already approved!
So add in whatever information you want afterwards and you can change the default landing tab to whatever tab you want on your page.

With this trick, I tend to see CTR's much higher than with normal advertising because I can use whatever headline I want and it is advertised only to those who don't "Like" my page.

Just makesure you set it as paused cause it'll get those 25 likes quick.

Well, I don't do much on facebook anymore these days since I've been banned so many times so I thought I'd share a trick with you guys. and i'm pretty sure it is only under 25 likes to change a name from the last time i tried this

edit: nevermind I think it is 100 likes, 25 likes is for a url...

question: how long does a campaign like this last? does FB come back and see what you've done and kill it?

it all depends on what you're advertising like everything else. but i always seem to get some bonus value from the pages after i stopped advertising them. I had a page with about 500,000 likes and it would bring me a nice $500-$1000 a day for a couple of weeks after i stopped advertising

Great idea

An easy way to make sure you ads are not run is to schedule them to run in a couple of days. Then you don't have to worry about checking when they become active. This will also allow you to set high budgets to speed up approval time.

nice. did you make the page with the ad account profile? or 2 different profiles, 1 for the page, 1 for the ads.

i dont see why you couldnt do it on 2 separate profiles in case your ad account gets banned, the page will still be alive. I usually just did it on one profile because im lazy.

always make sure you have 2 admins on your pages! that way the page wont get nuked if your account gets banned.
