Excluding traffic by IP or ISP in Voluum

Hi

I am running a ppc campaign and I am getting a boatload of traffic from specific IPs and ISPs.

I think they are spy tools, or could be bots also. I do not get charged for these, which is good, but they mess up my stats massively

All of them auto click my links in my landers multiple times, like 1 IP has 102 visits, 382 clicks...looking as ISP one has 304 visits, 1198 clicks...

this must be some kind of software, looks like a spytool in my opinion

Is there a way to exclude these from Voluum? In CPVlab I could just exclude them by IP.

any suggestion is welcome

L

Yes, you either, block or just accept traffic from a list of IPs or IP range (subnets).

IF you want to block/redirect traffic coming from just a few IPs, go to Edit the Campaign, add a new rule, then select "IP and IP Range", select "Must be", then in the box below it enter each IP (one per line).

If the IPs are too many, but they are coming from the same subnet, for instance 158.80.3.1, 158.80.3.5, 158.80.3.85 .. Then you can put in that entire subnet like this: 158.80.3.0/24

If you want to block/redirect the Class B subnet, from 158.80. and on. then put it like this: 158.80.0.0/16.

Then click OK. and select the landing page, page or offer where you want that IP range to be redirected.

Hope that helps
