Does anyone know a direct financial institution that processes payday loans?

I met a few at ASE that have some pretty cool stuff you can do....like set it up a ping tree depending on lead quality and the like.... $2 - $90 per lead....

you just host the form....

There were a couple at AdTech London - Pingtree and Quiddi - but I think they are specifically for UK based stuff.
