I'm Fucked? (Google Adwords Banned)

Hey guys,

I've been running Google Adwords for dif. companys. Everything has worked out great, but some days ago I'd got an email from
the adwords team saying that my adwords account was suspended.
I wrote an email back asking why my account was suspended.


After one day I'd got an email back saying that my account was suspended because of a possible security breach. An investigation team
was looking into it and that I should change password, scan my computer etc.

Well, the problem has been with my broadband provider or VPN provider. Maybe I didn't use the VPN and got my "standard" IP. And Google adwords
saw that as a breach?

Anyways, I contacted them again with this info that my broadband provider was having problems etc. And two days later I'd got an reply saying
that I was banned. F##########!


Have I been banned before?

Yes, one time. That was like 4 years ago when I managed to make 2-3 account and used adwords vouchers.

Now I've got a company name, company cc etc, and everything I've been running is totally legit.

I'm planning on calling them tomorrow asking what they are doing, but I could use some of advice on this matter.

I would try to work things out with them first. It sounds like you might have a good case. If they stop communicating with you contact these guys...http://ppcrenegade.com/. (I'm not connected to them but I am a customer). They have a good track record with getting previously banned accounts 'unbanned'. They can find out for you what is really going on. I was banned 1 year ago for running affiliate offers and they told me I have a 98% chance of getting my account back provided I never run poor quality campaigns again. I'm about to go through their process so we'll see how it goes.

try to get yours back....if you can't, then make a new account....its just google being a dick.....but what I would suggest you look to see if there was an issue with billing...alot of times thats where the problems lie....

Funny you mentioned it. This account has been suspended two times before because of the payment. Can't really tell why....
Nothing wrong with my CC, I'd made 20 payments and then suddenly they say something is wrong with my payment.


But my account is still work!

I'd got this email about 4-5 days ago, but my account (client center) is still active and my customers is still getting traffic.
While another campaign is dead (assuming they have disable it).
