Hi there! Newbie zone, newbie question!
I'm about to launch my first campaign - Pin submit. Shouldn't I be aiming to lower the number of clicks to a conversion, instead of increasing it with a lander in between banner click and a conversion?
For example:
1) Click banner, load lander
2) Do some action on lander (minimum one click), load campaign page
3) 3 clicks on campaign page (quiz to win an iPhone)
4) submit mobile number on campaign page
5) reply to Confirmation SMS
If I eliminated the lander page for this campaign, wouldn't it decrease the number of clicks and increase the change of a conversion? What's the purpose of a lander for campaigns then?
Thanks for helping this newbie out!
