I record in excel the date, source and targets + there acceleration (how many impressions on avg in a hr or day) + length of time running and if known decay (point target starts to lose at 10%)
no I would not run a campaign for 4weeks with -ROI. 1week testing data is enough to know if worth gathering more and again this is withing threshold metrics IE: what ur willing to lose and target gain.
#of targets = amount of data / budget. the more u have $ the more u can test fast.
its all about the ratios and time
