CPA on Facebook noob questions

I have luck with zip / email submits doing pop unders on various sites, but want to get my feet wet on Facebook. I looked over Facebook's ad guidelines and i see this:

Ads cannot require viewers to click on the ad to submit Personally Identifiable Information (such as name, date of birth, phone numbers, social security number, physical addresses, or email addresses) on the landing page or in the ad, except to enable an ecommerce transaction and where the ad and landing page clearly indicate that a product is being sold.
What I want to do is have the landing page be something like:

--------------------------------------
Question ?

Option 1 or Option 2

Submit
--------------------------------------

Then when they submit they get something like

--------------------------------------
You Picked Option _.
--------------------------------------

iFramed CPA Offer

--------------------------------------

Is having an iframe on page 2 that asks for an email going to be a violation of that guideline?

Its ok.....as long as on page one you collect nothing.....but

don't make it to scammy meaning...."vote to win" they wont approve that.....or if they do its prolly gonna be a retro-disapproval

also provide somewhat of a decent user experience......getting ads reported by users sucks balls.....and often means loss of an account

I tried this and basically getting ads approved has been 50/50. The reason always being:

The content of this ad does not accurately reflect the product or service advertised. Ads must clearly disclose what actions are required to receive the product or service. The landing page must also explicitly state to what extent a user's information will be used or distributed. Before resubmitting your ad, please visit our Help Center for additional information and examples compliant with our Advertising Guidelines.

I direct link with email submits and they get approve.. But I have no luck with email submits. Everytime I generate $30 payout my conversions starts to drop and I had one of my friends to fill out offer from his computer and I don't get credit for it.

I seriously don't know how you guys are able to make low payout offers work cause even when only sending small volumn it looks like im already getting scrub. How do you guys avoid getting scrub with low payout offers? I have moved to a diff network and getting scrub after generating about $30

I haven't attempted to run email subs since they were essentially "banned" awhile back on FB. But I do work with plenty of low payout dating/gaming offers. The key is high CTR with a good bidding strategy to get costs down. Dating/gaming doesn't scrub the way email subs do. Also look into international traffic as a means to find those ultra cheap click markets. Running this stuff in the US is getting more difficult by the day, because of the high CPC costs and the fact that CPM ads don't really get good slots like they used to.

Maybe you can put up your own LP and collect emails to build a list and mail offers too? Or try Co-reg?

Yeah its looking like the best option for me is to collect email on page 2 instead of an iframe of the cpa offer. Nice to get my feet wet and try things though.

^ Yep!

Budget low and bid high to find those high CTR ads, let the bids come down on their own slowly and then start lowering them yourselves and open up your daily budget when your suggested bids are low enough.
