AdBlade Advice: If you have experience.

Hi-
I'm about to start a campaign in AdBlade for the first time. Is there anything that I need to be aware/careful of?

I already got a rep but I don't want to ask her all the questions yet and reveal my "vulnerability". I would rather do that here

Any links/ shared experience would be great.

Thanks

Make sure to get their pixel placed so your rep can optimize on the back end to hit your CPA goals.

There are also some features that you need to request like day parting option.

I liked AdBlade before they got strict with landers, you just need to have a solid high payout campaign. All they are doing is optimizing for their eCPM so if you can get a high CTR ad that still converts for you then you can scale pretty quickly.

Good luck

Ok I think that I follow most of that. Once I get into it ill see more of it.

would you start on there CPC or the CPM ?

They run a lot of their own shit on their ad network in different ways.

I liked them a bit, but they never wanted to come down on prices and never didnt offer a lot of drill down back in 2008/2009

eliquid-

when you say come "down on prices " how do you mean? you can get these bigger guys to play ball some times?

also what is "drill down"

I usually just run CPC bid high bid low strategy. My goal is to get around .50 to .60 a click (their floor is .50)

They are pretty steep on price to keep out tire kicking affiliates who clog the system and waste their time, also because they don't need to. They do run internal so make sure you have your own angle or offer that they don't already have covered.

@eliquid I don't know what you mean by drill down, but I think you mean optimizing. When I use their pixel after about $1,000 - $5,000 spend they are pretty good at cutting non performing pubs and my CPA goals are "fairly" consistent. Overall the ROI was never awesome with them only about 20% so I looked for greener pastures (cough cough FB cloaking).

When I was running with them, the floor was .75 and they would not budge on that.

For drill down, my rep ( think the name was Tom, maybe not ) but they did not offer or suggest or even tell me they had optimization when I asked them back in 08. I was spending .75 ( their floor when I was running ) and I was spending some days 30k a day with them and could not get anyone to optimize shit or come down on pricing. At that time lots of other pubs were pushing clicks to .90

It was too much costs/work for the efforts and no one willing to help you there so I gave it up. Things must have changed though as I see you all saying the floor is now .50 a click and they have reps that will optimize campaigns from bad targets...

OK does any one have a rep there that they really liked? Mine might be fine BUT i have no idea. But thinking why not start with the best if they are out there.

I plan on doing about 10K+ a day with them. And I don't want to wish I had better help.

Just use the rep you have and if the suck ask for someone else.

Not that hard.

Dammit Angry Russian.. Stop making it so easy.
I like to really over complicate things so it's really stressful and hard.

Thanks again.

Hey,

I am trying AdBlade and they want me to place a pixel on the offer site (confirmation/thank you page).
I then went to my Network rep who said that no advertiser will accept to place a pixel (script) on their site.

How can i still use AdBlade and go around this problem?
Anyone using AdBlade?
