does facebook have different levels of quality of traffic they send?

I'm not talking about targeting.

But it's crazy, I would have 100% ROI one day, and next day I'd have to completely stop it. Usually it'd fall off slowly, but this is all the sudden drop.

Competition would still be going strong, Doesn't seem like it affects them.

Or, I could copy my campaign into another account, and it just wouldn't work.

Seems like FB sends different quality of traffic based on how it feels like.

yes and no. Depends on your bids and CTR to an extent.

Check your referrers in Prosper to see what % comes from apps.

I would try bidding higher to see if that affects you. Also, split the offer with another network to see what performs best.

i am having the same problem
100% ROI today, tomorow a -70% loss

traffic still the same 75% facebook.com 25% apps

Tried bidding higher and it didn't change anything.

What volumes of conversions are you guys basing these on?

i think thats the point..i mostly run high volume and never noticed any drops in traffic quality

Maxing out the account usually. 500-1k still get that so I don't know how much volume you're doing.

have you asked your am if the cvr for the offer goes up and down network wide maybe? could be that it's the offer not FB

It's not the offer cause I would be using multiple offer.
