Calling Aussie Marketers - Need Advice

I'm on centrelink at the moment, which really sucks, i've looked into this NEIS Scheme, they allow job seekers to get assistance in starting up a business, i've read into it, i don't think they would see affiliate marketing as a viable business plan, they look to use your skills that serves the general community.

So i'm looking into ideas how i could start a business plan that could possibly use internet marketing that serves the general community, it has to be something new as well, i have web design and graphic skills, so it would be design or internet marketing with a spin on it or different angle.

I know theres local business that do SEO and social media.

Also how does Facebook treat advertisers promoting local businesses? i know they have always had a hatred for affiliate marketers and don't hesitate to close your account over the slightest thing.

To answer the second part of your question, Facebook loves local business promotion. That's their primary goal; to only get these type of safe advertisers.

Say you want to start a company that assists Australian small business owners to easily build and update a web presence, and advertise and sell their products online through traditional channels and social media, both in Australia and abroad. Talk about how few Aussie businesses are online in any effective way. It'll get approved.
