TJ stats server down

Anyone running on TJ has their stats frozen? Since 2-3 hours ago the stats on the TJ platform doesnt update anymore and weirdly enough the traffic doesnt convert anymore. Until 2-3 hours ago my offer was converting at 4% (running it for 10 days now and its pretty much stable at 4%) , but now after the stats frozen the offer doesnt convert, at all.
I spoke with an rep and he said its only a stats server thats down but that won't affect the quality of traffic, caps, placements, etc.

Anyone experiencing this atm?

Yeah my stats are all stopped updating a few hours ago, didn't notice any change in conversion rate. Pain in the arse tho.

Yep Stats are down, my conversions seem fine though. If you want to check your spend per campaign. Go to your dashboard and your daily budget is up to date, so just minus your remaining budget from budget

Still no stats, but my balance went up today as if there was no spend does this mean no charge for today!?

Anybody know if I will get automatically charged again for credit card payment? Coz I am pretty sure my $100 initial deposit should be used up but they are still sending traffic. I asked my rep and his answer is "I don't know". Seems everything is very messy on their side...

I dont know about the credit card payment, I just paused all the campaigns for now. Tracking is still fucked and I guess is more than that.

I've never been auto billed by TJ before, but your account sometimes ends up with a negative balance that gets auto deducted next time you fund your account.

The stats server must still be fucked, I'd be surprised if we get free traffic, I think they will just update everyone's account balances when they sort it all out. Free traffic would be nice tho...

I just spoke with my rep and apparently they are still working on it and don't know how long it will take to fix it

Apparently my account spent $150 last night while all campaigns were paused, and I received no traffic. Anyone got a rep other than Warren or Nada. They're not responding.

yes, I spoke with Johnny and it looks like the account balance its fucked up. He said it will be brought up to date as soon as possible. Apparently not all accounts are fucked up.

They charge you for traffic that goes over your budget just as an FYI

Also, lol my account is still spending even though all campaigns have been paused for almost 16 hours.

Arrrgh - my account balance -$92???

I paused all campaigns yesterday and my balance is still positive. But my balance -$92 now. I tried to contact them via support/contact us form. But still didn't get answer. What should I do?

My account amount also bounced around a bit yesterday and I noticed some duplicate deductions in my history. All appears fixed now as of this morning.

Everything's back to normal on my end. Account was refunded in full, and stats are showing now.
