How do I use different landers in hasoffers? For CPVLab aff_sub= should be the ending right?
When I use lander variations, this is what happens
http://track.clickdealer.com/STUFF STUFF STUFF&aff_sub=XXXXX&url_id=3508
The default works ok.
What to do
cut&paste aff_sub=XXXXX and remove the 'XXXXX' so it's at the end of the URL.
Generally, it doesn't matter what spot a &variable=value is, that's what the & is for, seperating. For CPVLab, it has to be at the very and, means tracker.com/abcsdasd&aff_sub=
Hope that helps.
I tried it. Doesn't work
Post the URL you are using in CPVLab. Pretty sure you got a mistake in it. Ideally replace yourdomain.com with something generic just we can see the full link.
This is the end of one of my URL's: &aff_id=xxxx&aff_sub=
No I am talking about the offer url, I mean the offer url should end in aff_sub= right?
http://XXX.com/base.php?c=31&key=ac361cd67d563ea11ae11b74e3d9bae1 &keyword={keyword}&target={target} This is not what I am talking about.
http://XXX.com/?a=7549&c=6241&s1=
I am talking about the offer url. This offer ends in = so it is ok. For hasoffers, when you select a lander (different offer lander) the url becomes like the one above. (1st post)
http://.........&aff_sub=
Works for HasOffers
i think fjk87 gave you the right answer unless I don't get what you are trying to do
http://track.clickdealer.com/STUFF STUFF STUFF&aff_sub=XXXXX&url_id=3508
your link in cpvlab should look like this:
http://track.clickdealer.com/STUFF STUFF STUFF&url_id=3508&aff_sub=

The offer URL you're posted is actually cake if I'm not mistaken. You're mixing it up. Let me do a step by step guide with adsimilis (offer/aff id blanked):
Offer URL (default URL) in hasoffers: http://go.adsimilis.com/aff_c?offer_...78&aff_sub=xxx - REMOVE the xxx and here is the WORKING url: http://go.adsimilis.com/aff_c?offer_...=5678&aff_sub= (I've put in 'xxx' in hasoffers as the subid value for demonstration)
Offer URL (selected lander) in hasoffers: http://go.adsimilis.com/aff_c?offer_...x&url_id=11111 - CUT & PASTE &affsub=xxx to the end, remove the 'xxx' so it looks like this: http://go.adsimilis.com/aff_c?offer_...11111&aff_sub=
Don't mix up cake with hasoffers. s1= is for cake (goes at the end), aff_sub= is for hasoffers must be manually pulled to the end of the URL. There you go.
The URL YOU POSTED is the URL you are giving to the ad network. By clicking on that URL, CPVLab both tracks and assigns a unique subID to each visitor so you can see where your clicks are coming from.
Got it. It works. Thanx all
I love this place, I really do.
I wish all forums could be this good and filled with such helpful peeps.
