It just started happening not sure why, only happens in chrome though and i have ADD and its bugging me!! lol i tried for like a few hours to fix it but couldnt!
anyone got any ideas? its so weird, just started happening and only does it when i move my mouse over it after waiting like a minute or two.. if i refresh the page and move my mouse of it nothing happens.. so weird and not sure what is happening in the background to cause this to just pop up a bit

The same. Started yesterday.
i think it has something to do with the banner ad that is placed above the setup button. maybe they changed something on the ad code
i deleted my old chrome, and downloaded an older 4 weeks version, works like a charm now. i think chrome updated a few days ago which messed it up, but it stopped doing it for me as of now!
