How to advertise on yieldmanager / yahoo display?

How does one advertise one those placements? I ask since i've been browsing/spying on websites and see those destination urls but never heard of the yahoo network / where to sign up. They are the standard banner sizes, I know bing ads has a display network but those only work with text ads and rarely get any traffic, i dont think its the same thing..

Has anyone had experience with managed buys from yahoo Display (Right Media)?
We are in the process of negotiating with them right now, and it seems like there's a lot of caveats, one being a $25K minimum and the other being a ridiculous 14-day outclause...

Or you could buy RMX inventory through resellers first.

They have smaller minimum buys and it's good for testing out the waters.

well, thanks, it would make sense to do that, but we worked hard for many months on trying to get someone over at yahoo to work with us, and finally this is it, someone over there willing to deal with us -- so i am looking for specific ways to make it work, and not lose my shirt...
