Logged into several of my clean low spend accounts 50-250 a day today and all were banned. None of these accounts were linked and some of them created in different states. All running clean campaigns before, but everything on pause.
Waiting to hear back from my rep what happened. Any one experience a ban for not using their account??
Did you log in using a different IP?
Sometimes when I am researching and using different IPs I accident;ly log into Paypal and it triggers a security check.
Nope they were just clean low spend accounts waiting for bumps, haven't logged in to them in 3 weeks.
Facebook has been getting very strict lately for no reason. I had my personal advertising account get banned recently. I spend over 100G on it, no cloaking, legitimate offer that I own, and they are accusing me of suspected fraud. I showed them my ID, bank statements, everything. They don't really give a crap about some advertisers honestly. All it takes is 1 report and your account is toast.
yes...i had empty account get ban as well
Just got an email back from them

lol I hate Derek, Don, Xerxes, Kyle, Heidi, And Hudson. They are assholes. I am pretty much 150% convinced it is a completely random thing whether they give you:

It's 50/50. I had a few whitehat campaigns I wanted to run for small biz clients. I hit up a sales rep, got 3 accounts. Set them up on a RDP for the client. Added the client's card to all 3 accounts, they all got locked out. I hit up Risk Mgmt, they answered me back on all 3 of them.. they re-enabled all of them, 3 days later.. all disabled again, i hit them back.. i get the "This decision is final" message..
What changed in those 3 days? Absolutely NOTHING,. No variables, no changes, . it drives me batty.. makes zero sense to me at all, I'm 200% convinced Risk Mangement is just some random pakis/indians/call center scrubs sitting in a room flipping a coin with every incoming inquiry because there is aboslutely no consistency with the way they do things
sigh
Not so lucky on my other account which my rep gave me. I haven't ran anything on it and it just randomly got disabled. Emailed my rep and said he can't do anything so I emailed them directly and got this.

Question for whoever has experience with this: When mobile verifying an account (for the purpose of augmenting the initial spend limit obviously), does it matter where the phone number is located, or where you got the confirmation code from?
One phone verified account I bought was verified by a number an India, which I suspect will screw me over when I try to start using the ad platform. Maybe I'm wrong though.
Same situation here.
My account was disabled, then enabled for 2 days then, then disabled again for suspected fraud. Ran legit white hat campaigns that i spend over 100G on it and this is what happens. Everytime I email them, its the same old bs.
I figured as much... I removed the number from the profile a few days ago as a precaution, and plan on using the ad manager in a couple days... Do you still think that account is outta luck? I know i'll find out soon enough, but if the answer is definitely yes, then I'd rather not waste a CC on it.
