HI Guys

I have been dabbling in Adult offers for the past 2 months and really like to fact that there is a lot of traffic and not too many restrictions. Actually love it. Have been able to make a few hundred a day but not sustainable. My questions is about the payment amounts which are anywhere between $1.00-$4.00. Considering that most of these advertisers also shave like hell and there are caps on these offers, can you make $xxxx or xx,xxx days with these typical adult dating type offers?

If you look at the contest for example you can see that most people are in the red, actually haven't seen any to be positive. Would it not be better to market a entirely different product to this demographic, even a CPA products, besides the Flirts, Edates and the host of others with minuscule payouts?

Love to hear from the adult pros who make a living at it.

I am talking about getting traffic from adult sources such as Traffic Junky, Exo, Adbucks and others. Not Facebook, Cloaking or Mobile. Also, how long was it sustainable? When you look at the landscape of traffic sources, especially on the web side, most places are .10-1.00 CPM. So, unless your going mobile or getting less than .5 per clicks, then making xxxx on a .50 offer on TJ or Exo for example would be very hard or close to impossible.

You are correct, wasnt TJ or exo it was a combination of adxpansion ron traffic and popunders from various sources and it just happened to be in latin america so everything was dirt cheap

I believe if you can find another product, besides the typical adult dating lead types paying so little, that appeals to the adult demographic you can make a killing. The bids on TJ & Exo are hovering around $.30-.80 for premium traffic and your just not going to make it by promoting $1-$2 dating leads where the advertiser is also shaving as well. Not to mention everyone and their mother is virtually promoting the same landers and offers. Those that are profitable, I sincerely doubt are making xxxx or xxxxx per day consistently by advertising these low level payout offers. I don't want to burst anyones bubble related to the adult contest thats going on but anyone that is entering the contest promoting a $1-$3 dating offer and running on Exo or TJ is going to have a rude awakening. Simply read each follow along and you will notice that no one is profitable.

Definitely possible to monetize adult traffic in not adult ways. Think gambling / binary options / make money etc. not very common but for sure possible.

Precisely and I believe that would be the key ingredient to make xxxx or xx,xxx days on adult sources like TJ or Exo. Now, if you can create your own product such as an ebook, male enhancer and so on than that would be a game changer since you would be in full control of everything. Not to mention doing lead gen capturing the emails in the backend pushing any offer down the road.

Some thoughts

a) the payouts aren't $1-$3.00 like you keep referring to. Some of them start at $4 and can go beyond $9 per lead. Guys are going direct / offering higher quality leads in order to get better payouts.

b) There are a lot of other traffic sources besides TJ / Exo. Some are much less competitive and more profitable. There are also some affiliates that bypass the traffic sources and buy directly from the site at a discount.

c) No one's profitable in the contests? Well it's full of newbies. Even though most are losing money, they're taking action and learning along the way. And to be quite frank, if someone were to make money in their follow along, it's probably more profitable to keep it to yourself.

d) If a bunch of affiliates are promoting an offer, that means there's money in it. Why would affiliates promote something for months if it's not profitable? There's not some big conspiracy for adult dating. If you're not making money, then sit back and think what are they doing that you aren't.

e) If you believe the key to xx,xxx days are ebooks, male enhancers, etc. then try it out. You will have a huge advantage if it works out.

You gotta change your mindset and quit using the word impossible. There are guys out there doing big numbers, but they're staying low key because they don't want more competition.

So true! We base our opinions on what we see others doing and we think that is the limit. The real limits are set by people that don't say a word because they are banking hard.

So, study STM forum, find out things about which are written little or nothing and go into it. These will be things where those "don't say a word" buddies banking hard
