i have a display traffic source

its a game (think angry birds)
big banner size
10% CTR (mid-game interstitial)
CPC comes to about 0.009
delivers 250,000+ clicks daily

it doesn't accept dating, games, health.
they are very strict on IAB categories, so i try to follow the rules..

is there an APP that could work here?

lead gen hasnt worked.

any recommendations would be cool

Solavei? Not sure how well that's going but if they are playing on their phones, pitching to them about saving money on phone plans might go well.
Contacts/Glasses? Quite a few retail offers floating about with free first pairs etc and many are CPS so volume probably not an issue.
Battery savers like dory mentioned.
Daily deals? E.g. LivingSocial?

Is it mixed GEO's or 1 single country? That will determine a lot
