I'm selling this on behalf of a friend.

Website has been pulling these figures for a good 4-5 months, stats for proof available, teamviewer etc etc available.

The website is a service selling instagram services.

There is work involved i.e customer service and processing sales but no more than a few hrs a day which is what I know he does.

Is your friend a bum? Flippa.com is one the best resources to list a website. Tell him to list it there and he'll get more exposure there...
