What is the best IP VPN program?

I've made multiple facebook accounts and paypals which have been banned, and now my IP address is fucked.


I read that your IP address refreshes everytime you switch your router off for an hour or so. Would this be enough to stop facebook from tracking your banned IP?


I heard it's best to get a VPN program to have a new private IP. Can anyone please reccomend me a good program that works for them? Or any other advice regarding this topic would be greatly appreciated!

I've used Hidemyass for a good ip switcher if thats all you need. If you want true anonymous (no date stamps, payment, etc) try AirVPN. You might have to pay with Bitcoins though.

Will overplay and hidemyass actually work with facebook? Assuming their proxies have been blacklisted a hundred times over by this point.

not using them for fb, adwords etc..i'm using dedicated ip's for this.

for me, overplay, HMA etc are just tools to spy on competition.. in target countries

Right that is what I use them for also but the OP was asking about creating new facebook accounts.

I have Astrill, and bought a seperate private IP for 5$ a month. Isn't that good enough to run FB? It won't have been blacklisted as its not shared right?

If I were you, I'd stay away from the popular VPN services like HMA. Those IPs are well known and blacklisted by any big company who looks for that stuff.

Your best bet would be go find a company that sells private IPs so you will be the only person using it, and (hopefully) it won't be blacklisted. If you need suggestions on places to get those, shoot me a PM.
