Think the latest round of account banns have anything to do with them getting a nice $428 Million refund? They have some cash to spend and don't need ours any more.. 
I'm sure for the past few months as they were losing money and the inverters were getting pissed that they turned a blind eye to a lot of the ads we pushed. Hell there were tons of guys running for months without cloaking at all. Account managers were allowing anyone to run what they wanted and giving 5K account bumps like they were out of style, now it's all drying up. Like a crack whore, she gots some monies so no need to be pimped out for a few days until she runs dry again.
