Hi guys,
Do you know where I can find (or look for at least) a good designer to hire half/full time for my design work ?
Obviously the person would need to be able to code the pages and eventually upload/setup them online ...
I obviously tried odesk and onlinejobs.ph but only got reaaally lazy people that don't show up and have all the excuses in the world!
I'm not looking for cheap either, just good and serious !

I haven't used em, but I chatted with one of the dudes and he seemed super cool.
I believe some of the other members here do use them.
Not cheap though.
