Facebook hasn't charged my card for two days.
$1000 for 15th Feb that were supposed to be charged on 16th.
$1000 for 16th Feb that were supposed to be charged today.
Prior to this, they were charging my card around noon for previous day's spending.
I am not getting any billing error and my ads are still running. Outstanding balance shows $1000
Is this normal? Anyone faced this before?
Right now, I owe them $2450 on a $1000/day account and I am still getting clicks.
I guess my main question is: should I start looking for a new account?
It's happened to me before on my 2k/day when I had it, I went 2 days and paid 4k at once or so.
Been advertising on FB for quite some time but this has never happened before. That's why I am a bit concerned.
