I read that it's unwise to use geo redirect with FB traffic as they then feel it's deliberate bait and switch.
Whats a safe way to redirect when an offer doesn't work in a certain nation?
Don't as you may lose your account. We just put up a expired link message on redirects
I just redirect straight to the offer page. That's what you should do, unless you have a lot of out-of-geo traffic you want to monetise. Consider it a gift to the advertiser.

I've always gone via a GEO Script for the reason zeno mentions. It helps guide unwanted traffic and also for FB reviewers trying to review your AD in a non qualifying Country.
It has never been an issue although I can see why FB might think were going to bait and switch!
I'm just starting to get into international offers on Facebook, so I see this as a problem is well. Even if I'm trying to do everything legit, if the ad reviewer isn't in the target country, they're not going to see the correct offer page. Or does Facebook always check the URL from the country you're actually targeting? (which would be smart)
I have some ads pending review right now that already have the wrong URL displayed with them because FB's automatic check is obviously picking up the wrong URL.
xy7kevin - You say using a geo redirect can get you banned. But isn't the advertiser already doing this? If you come to their page from somewhere outside the target country, they redirect you. So what's the solution? It seems like it would be difficult to find offers that don't redirect based on geo.
If you use a GEO IP Script it doesn't matter as your catch all non qualifying countries and send them to the offer URL but WITHOUT your Aff links and direct to it!
So, if you were sending to a Peerfly Offer which will block you if it is a Swedish Offer and they are is the USA, instead of using the Peerfly link send them directly to the Offer lander minus your Aff links!
