Not you real name but one that seems real?

Not Grampa Jenkins

but

Daniel Jenkins?

The name don't need to match the pay sources at any point right?

I tend to stick with real looking names lol. No, they don't need to match the payment source.

I'm struggling at the moment to create/keep alive ads accounts. I just lost the last one 24 hours after they increase the limit
Anyway, my findings:
Create account with same details as payment source - account got blocked after I submitted first ad, I had to submit ID and they reactivated the account within 24 hours. Blocked again after spending limit increase at $250, asked for ID again, sent them again, they don't want to open it anymore .
Create account with different details as payment source - after I submitted first ad they blocked ONLY the ads account (the facebook account was still alive), and I got to fill that form (Disabled due to suspicious payment activity). They replied to the email asking for ID. I sent them ID (via email), after many other emails where they said they didnt receive my ID (sent them 4-5 emails with my ID attached) they wouldnt reactivate it. So, this time they closed only the ads account, the FB account is still alive and well.

Hope that help you, because I'm out of ideas lol.

Edit. I forgot to add, the accounts were made from the same machine, different browsers, different IP's , different payment details.

got this email when my CC name didn't match with the FB profile name:

I have reviewed your account and believe it has been compromised.

The payment instruments that were used to make these purchases are not in your name and the charges that appear on your Facebook account will not be reflected in any of your bank statements. I have removed these payment instruments from your account and refunded the charges to the appropriate person.

they say they have refunded the charges, but I haven't received anything.
