Anybody got some tips to get new Facebook ads accounts to work?
What I tried:
Fresh virtual machine/install
Fresh VPN
Fresh email
Fresh CC
Fresh mobile number
Adding the CC works fine.
After adding the first ad, and submitting it it gives the message "somebody accessed your account, please submit your ID/ptoto"
Does anybody have some ideas what im doing wrong? Maybe I need to let the accounts age? any other tips? adding friends etc helps?

Aren't all those VPN IPs blacklisted? I mean, how could they not be...
Somewhat related question that I'm interested in as well: do you have to match the billing address up with the ip perfectly? (same zip, city, state?)
