I noticed that pornhub vid A traffic is like 30% cheaper than it used to be, i see it around $0.70cpm, used to be $1+. But at the same time i see conversions on the offers i promoted for a year also much lower than it used to be.
I don't know, maybe the quality of traffic has changed?
It's a burnout generally , 1 year ago the whole concept was brand new , nowdays it's not.
Many users have already signed up for those offers so quality tends to be lower.
New offers and new markets required!
It's the same situation on POF (although I wouldn't say much cheaper). A lot of the offers have been blitzed.
When an offer's database is fresh, that's the best time to make money.
It's not just TJ anymore that manages advertising space of the Savevid network (PH / YP / SW / ...), you can now buy it through Exo as well. Ad networks are competing now so they're taking slimmer margins, that's probably the reason why CPM is decreasing. Good thing imo.
As far as offers that burn out: there're so many whitelabels nowadays of well working offers, use this to your advantage and split your traffic over the various whitelabels to fight the offer burnout.
Yeah I noticed some big drops, I thought it was errors in the system but its 100% not. Get in while its like this, its awesome money to be made. Always be on the lookout for new offers on the networks, heaps will be duds but if you get on the band wagon before anyone else on a new offer that converts well, well good for you

It helps to have a reliable circle of affiliate managers. Some of the best offers to promote are the exclusives that never get publicised because they're only on a single network, particularly in mainstream dating. I tend to rely on my contacts more than I do any affiliate newsletter.
By the time it's in the newsletter, the first mover's advantage is gone.
