CTR :2.30% on general high volume porn site.
will like to get 5-7%.

The font is a bit hard to read, unless that is what you're going for and the ladies on the left could be bigger.
I don't like the fonts, the images of text are ugh and hard to read because of the blurry bevel effect. The other text on white is also hard to read - black shadow on black text... On the tan background both black and red are poorly contrasting colours. Also, I don't think your social proof is believable. Would people like CheatingHouseWives on Facebook? Probably not. Also, put a space between hyphens and text, i.e. - Live text chat not -Live text chat.
I think the layout/design is fine, nice and simple. It's just the text/CTA buttons and colour scheming that needs a complete revamp.
ok i have changed angle and doing now the "chat window" angle with flv as cam ,getting 15-20% ctr ( HAPPY! )
but conversion is a shame ....
do you think that a lander between pop and offer will do the trick ?

I dont do much ppv so cant say what average lander ctr people get there. But bottom line is you need to compare your cpc and epc, if you are paying 15 cent a click and converting at 10% (S/U), you will be at 100% ROI for a $3.00 payout offer.
cpc 0.20
epc 0.75 ....
seems a winner to me !
