I have never got so many problems with facebook.
Can't pause offers or change the bids.
I have even few offers that i cant actaully see and are still running.
Not sure what i can do with that?!
I't solid "kosher" offers...nothing shady.

FB ad manager issues. We were due for another bout of "WTF IS GOING ON" syndrome.
Yep, I'm having the same issues - just on one account though. Changes in budget/ bids or campaign status do not stick when you hit the refresh button.
Makes no sense and they still haven't fixed it.
I've seen it before and I believe it took about 48 hours for them to fix last time.
