Airpush & Leadbolt traffic still working?

So I've got some funds in both these sources and trying to figure out what type of offers to push with them.

Seems lots of networks aren't allowing this traffic to a lot of their offers anymore.

Are people still having good luck here with push traffic? what sort of offers should I be looking at?

Thing about push notifications is that a lot of the carrier detection isn't working properly, as it's based on the carrier subscription a user is on (carrier) much more than if he's browsing through WLAN right now. A lot of users use apps while being on WLAN, hence the conversion and quality issues coming along. Especially for one click conversion flow offers.

It's one of those things where it's BIG traffic and BIG ctr, but lots of compliance and quality issues. Testing a lot and finding the gem is usually the way to go in this scenario.

This is not the right question to ask. EVERY major traffic source "works". The question is are you working it?

We're still making AP and LB work.

The problem with Carrier targeting with Push is when the push is made they know the carrier, but that doesn't mean the user is not going to use WiFi when clicking through your message.

I am testing AP right now. CTRs are about 3% but conversions are terrible. I am direct linking and trying to optimize by removing carriers that aren't converting.

3% is too low. You should be aiming for 20%30%

^^ Is what i came here to say. Your dealing with PUSH. It literally throws the ad infront of your users face is an unorthodox way which makes CTR easy. Get more creative, and 5x your CTR if it's at 3%.

PUSH can be a very profitable way to drive traffic...just make sure the offer allows it before you get started.
More and more advertisers are starting to prohibit PUSH as a traffic source.

Careful of click fraud too! Make sure you are tracking eerything.

Something I never noticed before and I don't know why i didn't but I just found out today that there isn't any push delivery between midnight and 7 am (local time target)

I always had multiple campaigns in different time zones overlapping each other so i never really noticed.
I did note that there is less traffic at night times

Now i'm running multiple campaigns on multiple networks for the same timezone and kept seeing my conversion counter stop around midnight and start running at 7 again.

Google.. I thought I got rid of them when i stopped SEO a year ago.
