i've found alot of cheap ipod traffic for super cheap.
anyone have any advice as to how to best monetize it?

Yeah app installs definitely, hit up a network ask whats hot
there's a reason why iPod traffic is cheap. Its usually a much lower quality and all of it is wifi. App. installs will be the obvious choice but don't expect to stay on the offers for too long - everybody has to make money in the end. I usually ask the network to create a separate offer for me to run iPod traffic to - if you get pulled or take a pay cut.
