I've tried AdShuffle, SiteScout and now AdZerk, and so far each has some glaring issues that I won't go into here unless anyone actually wants me to; suffice to say I'm not impressed with any of them (though SS is the best of the 3 it seems).
Are there any other good ad servers that are reasonable priced and not pointlessly complex (e.g. AdShuffle) or lack seriously needed functionality like bulk upload (e.g. SiteScout)?

Um......sitescout and adshuffle work for most major media buyers on the planet right now. If you're at some other level, I'd suggest you just get a VA in the asian lands to bulk upload your banners
