I'm just making up the IPs below, but have a question about the last digits
111.120.123.2
111.120.123.20
are those the same IPs? My mobile tracker is showing distinctly different conversion rates on those 2 IPs. My rep & my mastermind group are telling me they're the same IP. If they are, why would my tracker record them differently & even more importantly, why the huge disparity in conversion rates?
I can test having my rep at the network block the bad one of course. Figured I'd ask here though, because by the time I notice if it's wrong & get the rep to fix it, it could blow through a stack of cash
Those are different IPs.
Those are indeed different IP addresses. They share a C-block, which I suppose COULD be what your rep's talking about, but they are different addresses.
