where to get ip address? (7)
i posted in the fb ads account thread but couldn't get a response, so posting here...hope that's ok 
For getting a new ads account I understand everything except the ip address. If I don't want to or can't change my ip address by resetting the router what other options do I have? I'm reading that proxies and vpn services aren't good, so I'm just wondering where and how to get a new ip address...this is different than a dedicated ip on a hosting service is it not?

When you use a proxy on anonymous-proxies.net and then that fb account goes down and you cancel your subscription to that proxy, do they add it back into the pool of available proxies? If so, over time wouldn't many of the available proxies be black listed by facebook?
yea usb internet dongles works the best i would reccomend trying them, idk if anonymous proxy.net can give u proxies in specific zip codes.
If you have a smart phone get a tethering app that will work with it and use that. New IP every time you connect.
