To raise the CTRs try more amateur looking photos, like guys holding up cameras, weird angles, boarders etc

Your pictures are way too professional looking

Uploaded some new ads today, much more amateur and tried an few "girl" ads to target girls, just to see if women clicked on other women. As it turns out, I did get another conversion today on about 30k impressions, over a group of ads. Avg CTR is now up to 0.5 and 0.51 for the 2 "winning" ads. One is a girl, one is a guy. I have trimmed the others, which were around 0.0 - 0.045.

Any additional suggestions for the campaigns? I'm running direct to richmen.com on this. Today I had 13 clicks overall, which is clearly an improvement over 2.

Hey looks like you're making progress but I have some suggestions for your targeting. It's always best to start broader and then tighten up...
You should read the available Guides like Tom's and Others.

Targeting Suggestions:
Country =United States

Age Between25, 40
You should split this up into smaller chunks across multiple campaigns. What a 25 year old finds attractive is not the same as a 35 or 40 year old, and the bid prices get higher with age groups

Gender =Female

Ethnicity =Caucasian
Why only Caucasian? Dont other ethnicities like rich guys too? I would remove this or split test. some ethnicities might respond better than others but POF is 90% Caucasian.

Marital Status =Single
You are missing the boat on eager divorcees and all the rest. Why not remove this one too?

Religion =Lutheran, Baptist, Christian, Non-religious, Catholic
What does religion have to do with it? If you want to narrow down religions I suggest split testing across multiple campaigns but this is a big project.

Search Type =Dating
This is also a bit too narrow you are missing out on a lot of traffic by choosing this.

looking for =Male

Why not just start like this?
Age
Geo
Gender
Login Count: Different login count ranges have different bid prices, pick one. If it's an old offer lower is better. A new offer angle you can go higher.
not= mobile/tablets

If you get too many impressions and are losing tons of money add in one more target to the mix and mention it in your ad. This will reduce your number of impressions and make it more manageable.

Example:
Meet Wealthy Jewish Men
Date a Wealthy <MENTION TARGET HERE>

Be Creative! But don't guess on targeting.

I suggest you use no more than thses target: age, geo, gender, login, looking for, browser. And you can split the campaign with age and logins. Raising up your bidding is the key to get fresh traffic.

Good advice from the other guys

You really should add some variety in the images. Not every chick is going to be into stock image looking, professional, young white guys.

Add in shirtless men, tattoos, soldiers, guys with kids, guys with animals, bad boys, muscular men, guy in a Ferrari, guy next to a private jet, etc.

Step it up and brainstorm
