lead impact account manager around ?

1- created account
2- tried to charge via CC ,failed ....
3- charged via paypal ... worked
4- created a campaign
5- wait 48 hours
6- receive a mail asking to verify id ...
7- sent my passport copy
8- account closed ,money refunded (they cant verifiy my account ...wtf ! )



so here is the question ,is there someone from lead impact around or does someone can send me skype or msn of someone there ?

called them ....

i think that the fact that being french with living in morocco scared someone ...

i sent them my passport but say they cant verify account ?
wtf !!!

after 10 min on phone with them,they said they are going to look at my problem ...

they cant even tell me why they disapproved my application .. lol

nice ..they finnally decide to let enter the game ... dunno the reason that make them accept me ...

anyways ,gonig to re-refund the acconut as they refunded my money ...

I think it really is the call that makes the difference Same thing goes with applying to aff. networks. But good to hear that you got everything sorted, now pump out those campaigns

they try to call you after you setup a new account....if you dont answer or its fake number you put in....they will deactivate the account....
