Looking for a heads up on what Self- Serve Ad Network is best to run banner ads on, outside the big search engines.
Have 100 of creatives to use, but can't find a decent Network to run on.
Just ran a 100$ test on Zedo Network - might as well have just set fire to a 100$ bill...

you could try - http://www.1800banners.com/ - its got some interesting targeting options if you become a member. I havent tested them out yet.
