Hey stackers,
I have recently gone through a state where I was making up excuses and causing my own self to fail. I went through 2 months in a row losing money and and just recently I started to look at this a different way. I am the problem, I am the one causing these failed campaigns and I am the one that needs to get my shit together and make shit happen.
So far I am still getting my shit together, My campaigns are starting to show good results again. I have always been nice and helpful to people, I have taught people affiliate marketing, gave very valuable tips and gave campaigns away for free thinking they would do the same for me when I needed help. But to my surprise those people are the ones who made it worse for me and they did not give a shit when I was struggling.
This temporary set back was going to make me or break me. I almost let it break me but I am turning it around. I want to change the way I think. I want to become a more serious business man and I want to learn how to be strong through these kind of situations.
I was just about to give up but I kept going. I had too much momentum to stop because I have tasted success, I have reached some high numbers so I know that it is possible. I am making money that people dream of making at this age and I am not going to let some shitty campaign ruin me.
I am looking for any books to read that you guys have read, I need inspiration and I want to boost my confidence.
Also anyone else who is going through a tough time, I have read this probably couple hundred times, I have told this to others hundreds of times and I have been told this hundreds of times:
NEVER GIVE UP!
Man .... I've been through all of this hit before and i never had funds for this business and suddenly all of my family decided to partner up with me when they saw a little hope in this business. If there is only one thing i can advice you it would be ( YOUR CAMPAIGNS BELONG TO YOU DO NOT SHARE THEM ... ), Let me tell you something I've shared a landing page with some targets with couple guys and this campaign after scaling turns to be my biggest campaign of all time... What I've got .... Nothing just some competition to take a slice of my pizza.
FYI I went from 20 - 30 / day to suddenly 500 then 1 K next week then 2 K then 5K so what ever happens i want you to know that its totally possible to start over from nothing, You just have to get the motivation and Find the right people to hang with and NEVER EVER SHARE CAMPAIGNS AGAIN.
Good luck
Ahmed
You've got the advantage of having seen that the industry works, and that it's possible to make big money very quickly. That may seem more like torture while you're still struggling, but - unlike most - you know that it's possible.
You've been successful before so try and model what it was that made you successful. Was it a creative style? Good understanding of a demographic? Good understanding of a traffic source?
Take as many positives as you can from the previous success and as long as you learn from your mistakes, it should be all gravy going forward.
In terms of confidence and inspiration, this may be a slightly off-the-wall suggestion, but try hypnosis. I've been experimenting with a professional hypnotherapist, as well as teaching myself some NLP stuff. Works great for 'refining' your mindset and getting rid of any negative thoughts that have been holding you back.
If you're looking for a kick up the ass, I'd recommend The Millionaire Fastlane.

Want to get some motivation to those rainy days? Grind some money and build offline businesses! You don't need to work there, just dream them, build them and let them run!
There are days when your campaigns sucks big time. Been there, done that. That's the day when i turn off my computer and go in to my bar / bakery / accounting firm etc. Just walking around with my ipod, chilling, talking with people until i realize: These people (i got around 30 employes combined) actually got a job thanks to all of those clicks. Of course they don't see me a lot because i'm not in the day-to-day operations.
We were at our christmas party last year. All employees, friends, co-workers. One of my childhood friends told me this: "Dude, you change lives. I mean, look at these people, they actually got a job because of you. This is a HUGE thing in this economy. I'm so proud of you!" Next day i felt myself motivated enough to change the world.
Life is short man, build stuff that matters!

Damn man, I've always known that I want to open some kind of brick and mortar business eventually...
(I'm seriously thinking...Papa John's Pizza for dat steady "Official Pizza Partner of the NFL" income.) but I've never thought of it as actually changing other peoples' lives.
That's really cool.
@trust93, I went through a harsh divorce a couple of years back and felt like shit. Lost the home, lost the car but had family to rely on... and you got people at STM to support you bro(stop outing your main money making camps though lol).
But like Napolean Hill said "Every adversity, every failure, every heartache carries with it the seed of an equal or greater benefit", so instead of looking at yourself as a problem, be a bawse and start looking for solutions. Also, your brain will respond differently if you call it a challenge instead of a problem(ie NLP/Jordan Belfort). Fix up the self talk and get going.
Book Recommendations:
Happiness Is Free: And It's Easier Than You Think! by Hale Dwoskin
How To Become An Alpha Male by John Alexander (get you to be like a bawse in life again)

You rock bro, that's the shit finch was talking about taking your online money and investing into offline business. I'm happy for you bro.
