Imobitraxx and Mundo Tracking

I've been using imobitrax with F5's system for a month and it works great. Yesterday I tested some offers from mundo media and I can't get the conversions to register in imobitrax using the global pixel.

Anyone here use imobitrax and mundo and know how to get the conversion tracking to work? Thanks -Jordon

I'm not the most technical, hopefully someone can help you with this, but if they can't.

I highly recommend the STM Free mobile tracker, not only is it free and has 100% of the features you need. I mainly recommend because it's using the 202 system, which works will all affiliate networks/platforms

I haven't used imobitraxx with Mundo but have used S2S pixels w/ them before. Did you make sure to select S2S pixel when setting it up?

^^ thanks stackman I was using that one at first but I found imobitrax to be more user friendly for a beginner and easier to setup.

^ Chize yeah I'm using the S2S pixel and it's not firing. I spoke with my AM but his tech guy isn't around all weekend.. had to pause my camps.

Does this pixel look right: http://mydomain.com/track.php?subid=%SUBID1%... I tried https too and that didnt work... thanks for the help!!

If a S2S pixel isn't working it's often the subids, or less likely Mundo's system not functioning properly. If other Mundo S2S pixels are working it will be the subids or postback URL format. Load your afflink in a browser in private browsing mode, with whatever proxy if needed, and watch the http headers. Make sure things are all being passed through properly. FYI you can also generally fire postback pixels yourself to catch up on conversions if need be.

Jordon - is the problem fixed? If not, let us know what's currently going on and we'll sort it out!

Yeah I got it fixed. I had to ad my subid's to the end of the F5 tracking links. Thanks for the help!
