After installing STM Tracker i decided to target traffic by internet service providers on ipad traffic, and noticed that some ISPs have very high LP CTR, like 50% why other ISPs have only 20% CTR.
I don't really get it how ISP can affect LP CTRs. Any ideas?
That's totally possible. A lot of mobile provider are beginning to use IPV6 and they use a ipv6 > ipv4 tunnel to translate their traffic. Some provides use NAT which gives all the phones a 10. private ip. NAT can be a lot slower than ipv6 > ipv4 tunnels and will have overall higher latencys.
I would say that smaller ISP have worse performance.
