its for display and I can do 1500-2k leads a day but I need no cap
2k leads a day on true, damn I need to step up my game, started promoting it a few days ago but still far from these numbers. gj

Because your quality is bad or worried about cash flow?
If your quality is bad then, I,d definitely work as hard as I could to get that up. They will happily work with you to make that happen. Better to do volume for a months, then get shutdown after a couple of weeks.
If cash flow is the problem, then just split your traffic half direct half at networks until you are comfortable.
its a cpa campaign that others are running on as well running the same offer but I ran it and they said it didn't back out for them after 1k leads so I'm sitting here scratching my head wondering why everyone else on it is getting fine quality but I'm not when its the same traffic source and everything.
That is really odd. If I were you I would try test it under a new identity, see if it was just a one of weird thing.
If not I would ask them straight up (without outing the others landers etc) how others are running it with no problems. If you were close to backing out but didn't quite get there maybe ask for a lower payout till you can tweak up quality.
well teh payout they wanted to give me was like 1.50 below what I had to give for the campaign to run lol
If you find such rate let me know 
I don't run as much volume but I could think of it with that kind of payout!
